For 50 years, CRM has been at the forefront of creating compelling, faith-based content that inspires and transforms lives. With global distribution and a legacy of excellence, we are committed to advancing Christian media into the 21st century as a leader in impactful storytelling. We are looking for a talented individual to help us carry this legacy forward by producing exceptional, visually stunning, and emotionally engaging content.

About the Role

As the Director of Photography/Editor, you will play a critical role in shaping the visual storytelling of our productions. You will collaborate with a passionate team of producers, writers, and directors to film & edit high-quality content for multiple platforms, including broadcast, digital, and social media. From concept to final cut, your work will reflect the highest standards of craftsmanship and artistry.

Key Responsibilities

  2. Oversee post-production editing, ensuring seamless storytelling and technical excellence.
  3. Collaborate with producers and directors to conceptualize and execute creative visions for a variety of content types, including documentaries, promotional videos, teaching series, and digital campaigns.
  4. Maintain and operate state-of-the-art camera and editing equipment.
  5. Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets while maintaining high production standards.
  6. Research and implement new technologies and techniques to keep CRM at the cutting edge of Christian content creation.
Skills and Qualifications
  1. Proven experience as a Director of Photography and Editor, with a strong reel showcasing your ability to create visually compelling stories.
  2. Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Avid or similar).
  3. Expertise in camera operation and an understanding of various camera systems, lenses, and formats.
  4. Advanced knowledge of lighting techniques for studio and on-location shoots.
  5. Strong storytelling instincts, with an eye for pacing, tone, and visual impact.
  6. Familiarity with color grading and sound design to ensure polished final products.
  7. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  8. A collaborative spirit with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  9. A passion for creating Christ-centered content and a desire to contribute to CRM’s mission.
Why Join CRM?

At Coral Ridge Ministries, you will be part of a vibrant creative team committed to making a difference in the world through media. Our productions have received numerous awards and are distributed to audiences across the globe. We offer the opportunity to work in a dynamic and purpose-driven environment where your talents can shine and your work can have eternal significance.
