At L2 Brands, headquartered in Hanover, PA, we�re recruiting a Junior Headwear Designer & Product Development Coordinator to join the team behind Legacy, one of the nation�s most well-known collegiate and destination headwear brands.

What You�ll Do:

� Stay ahead of trends by researching styles, colors, and fabrics in the headwear world.

� Create photorealistic renderings of new designs that are as fresh as your favorite cap.

� Work directly with the executive team and collaborate with sales and merchandising to develop styles that keep our customers coming back for more.

� Manage timelines, samples, and communication with factories to ensure every hat meets our top-notch standards.

What You Bring:

� A deep love for all things headwear.

� 2-4 years of experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and a strong command of Microsoft Office.

� A keen sense of color, fabric combinations, and the ability to spot trends before anyone else.

� Stellar organizational skills and a can-do attitude for juggling multiple projects at once.

� An upbeat, collaborative spirit that thrives in a team setting.
