About the Role: The Office of the CEO Analyst supports the Chief of Staff and CEO by providing data-driven insights, assisting in the execution of strategic projects, and ensuring smooth communication and coordination across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about contributing to high-level strategic outcomes. Key Responsibilities: * Research and Analysis: * Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitors, and internal data to support strategic decision-making. * Provide analysis and recommendations on operational and strategic initiatives. * Project Support: * Assist the Chief of Staff in planning, coordinating, and tracking progress on key projects and initiatives. * Monitor deadlines, prepare updates, and ensure deliverables are met. * Meeting Preparation: * Prepare materials, presentations, and reports for executive meetings and discussions. * Capture meeting notes, track follow-ups, and ensure alignment on action items. * Communication and Coordination: * Act as a point of contact for cross-functional teams to gather information, align on timelines, and share updates with the Chief of Staff. * Help ensure consistent and clear communication across departments. * Operational Efficiency: * Identify areas for process improvement and support the implementation of solutions. * Maintain organized documentation and tracking systems for the Office of the CEO. * Ad Hoc Tasks: * Assist with any other tasks or projects as required by the Chief of Staff to support the CEO and broader organizational goals. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. * 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, project management, or a similar role. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in e-commerce, consumer goods, or a related industry. * Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. * Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively.
