As a Technical Support Technician for DMP, you provide technical assistance and problem resolution to DMP dealers through any supported means of communication. You will ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a quick and accurate solution to a variety of issues that our dealers face while installing and servicing electronic burglary, fire and access control products. Qualifications: * Excellent verbal communication skills; able to convey competence, confidence and empathy over any means of communication. * Demonstrated proficiency in typing. * High degree of accuracy/detail oriented. * Ability to troubleshoot or problem solve. * Ability to learn technical materials quickly. Responsibilities: * Answer technical questions through any means of communication. * Makes customers and their needs a primary focus of their actions; developing and sustaining productive customer relationships. * Finds solutions, does not leave callers without a resolution or steps to resolution. * Demonstrates job excellence by taking detailed notes of everything that happens during their calls. * Verifies answers are correct by testing or checking documentation. * Develops knowledge of security industry and its products through dealer interaction.
