Job Responsibilities * Serve as a trusted business partner to executive team members and establish strong business partnerships across the organization including finance, business operations, data & analytics, growth, transformation, and business excellence. * Bring the "why" of financial performance, not just the "what", delivering actionable insights to your internal clients both directly and via the broader finance team. * Lead planning and analysis discussions, including annual and quarterly planning, product margin analysis, monthly forecasting, month-end close and financial reporting with consideration for P&L impact. * Ensure timely and accurate reporting and analysis. * Work broadly across the finance team to drive real time forecasting, standardization of reporting, improvement in month end close timing and process automation. * Coach and mentor junior team members, including offshore analysts. * Create KPI and dashboard frameworks working with the Data Analytics team such that all KPIs have definitions, are tracked in real-time, and are integrated into the firm's financial reporting. * Drive other finance projects that you and others identify to continually further the firm's understanding and improvement of its economics. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
