Job Responsibilities: * Ensures appropriate functions, duties, and procedures as directed by Warehouse Management. * Receives, unloads, moves and loads merchandise. * Maintains Purchasing system (Birchstreet experience preferred). * Verifies correct counts of items received and notes discrepancies or damages. * Issues and delivers items to the proper destination and obtains signatures to document delivery and receipt. * Maintains proper storage of inventory merchandise to avoid spills or spoilage, rotates stock according to schedule. * Maintains work area in a safe and proper manner, reports any unsafe and hazardous conditions. * Manages and maintains stock control, including: plans future needs and adjusts par levels, processes stock orders, controls dead stock, maintains delivery schedules. * Ensures FIFO system is used to minimize waste. * Operate forklift or pallet jack or light utility cart when necessary. Job training provided. * Performs other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: * Lifts and transports up to 75lbs. * Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time. * Basic English writing, reading and math. * Leadership Skills Apply to Levy today!
