Will perform skilled maintenance and repairs in accordance with Department of Housing and Urban Development rules and regulations. Will perform a variety of building maintenance duties including, but not limited to furnace repairs, plaster and drywall, painting, flooring, and plumbing. Will prepare units to be rented. Will supervisor and train maintenance staff. Working 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week. A high school diploma or GED, certification and/or training in carpentry or general maintenance, and experience in some form of construction or housing industry is required. A bachelor's degree in construction management, business, or a related field is preferred.
