The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machines in a production or manufacturing environment. You will play a key role in ensuring that equipment runs efficiently and that products are produced according to quality standards. Key Responsibilities: * Set up and operate machines according to production requirements and specifications. * Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as necessary to ensure product quality and efficiency. * Conduct regular equipment checks and perform preventive maintenance to ensure machines are in good working condition. * Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and make necessary repairs or adjustments. * Ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications by inspecting materials and finished products. * Record and maintain accurate production logs, machine settings, and maintenance reports. * Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment. * Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines. * Assist with the training of new operators and other team members as needed. * Maintain a clean and organized work area.
