Global Partners is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Marketing Manager - Lifecycle to join our retail marketing team focused on supporting 350+ convenience store locations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and executing successful lifecycle marketing campaigns. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing lifecycle programming to engage and retain our audience, drive traffic to our stores and websites, and ultimately contribute to the growth of our business and loyalty programs.

* Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and trips to our stores.
* Plan engaging, personalized, and segmented email journeys tailored to different audience segments.
* Manage the end-to-end email campaign process, including content creation, design, scheduling, testing, deployment, and analysis.
* Manage push notification and text message strategy, crafting compelling and personalized copy that aligns with brand voice and promotional goals.
* Collaborate with cross-functional and marketing teams to align email marketing efforts with business goals, objectives, and campaigns.
* A/B test different email elements (subject lines, content, design) to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
* Continuously monitor and analyze key email marketing metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to optimize campaign performance.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing to identify new opportunities for innovation and improvement.
* Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices.
* Partner closely with Consumer Strategy to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals and customer-centric strategies
* Collaborate with our Analytics and Consumer Strategy team to expand and optimize our Customer Data Platform, leveraging insights to drive personalized marketing campaigns
* Play a key role in expanding our Marketing Technology stack, evaluating and implementing new tools to enhance our lifecycle marketing capabilities
* Utilize data-driven approaches to develop and execute cross-channel lifecycle marketing programs that increase customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
* 5-7 years proven experience in email marketing, preferably in a similar industry or environment.
* Strong understanding and experience with email marketing principles, best practices, and industry trends.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
* A flexible mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Results-oriented with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and achieving KPIs.
* Proficiency with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.
