What you will be doing

  • Mentoring gifted students to establish personalized goals, balancing academic challenges with essential life skills like resilience.
  • Utilizing cutting-edge AI tools to monitor progress and customize learning experiences, ensuring students reach their full potential quickly.
  • Engaging and motivating students throughout their accelerated learning, creating a supportive and dynamic environment.
  • Collaborating with a team committed to reinventing education for gifted learners by sharing insights and strategies.


What you will NOT be doing

  • Implementing a uniform educational approach.
  • Managing traditional classroom discipline or routine tasks.
  • Conforming to traditional educational pacing and curriculums.


Key Responsibilities

Your main responsibility is to inspire and mentor talented learners, guiding them to complete high school by 8th grade through a personalized and accelerated educational approach.


Candidate Requirements

  • Proven record of academic excellence, such as National Merit or Presidential Scholar recognition, academic Olympiad placements, prestigious scholarships, or dual enrollment.
  • Experience in mentoring, coaching, or teaching.
  • Proficiency with generative AI for personal or professional use.
  • Strong communication and public speaking abilities.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
  • Availability for in-person work in Austin, TX.
