About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Process Operator to join our team in Indiana. As a Process Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our manufacturing processes. You will work closely with our production team to monitor equipment, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and productivity. Your attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols will be critical to the success of our operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in a technical field
- Experience with process control systems
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles
- Experience in a regulated industry (e.g. pharmaceuticals, food and beverage)
Responsibilities:
- Operate material handling and process equipment to produce custom electrolyte formulations.
- Manage raw material and inventory to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform routine maintenance to maintain equipment efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineers to address product quality issues.
- Support production processes, including material handling, shipping, and logistics.
- Follow standard operating procedures in all tasks.
Skills:
As a Process Operator, you will use your strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our manufacturing processes. You will also need to have excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow strict protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with our production team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions, and maintain accurate records of production data and equipment maintenance. Your experience in a manufacturing environment and ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics will be critical to your success in this role.
