Job Responsibilities: In this role, you will work cross-functionally with UX/Product/Technology teams to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development. You will also manage multiple programs and work closely with executives. * Manage cross-functional programs, and communicate to the leadership team on status. * Develop, track, and report on milestones, deliverables, and blockers. * Work with squads (dev, QA, product, UX) and solve for blockers. * Manage a complex set of stakeholders across engineering, business development, design, and research, ensuring that you are earning their * trust through transparency, clear and regular communication, and delivering results. * Manage executive status reports for the group. * Run workshops to support development and delivery e.g. requirements gathering/definition workshops, UX review, story grooming, training etc What We Offer Exciting Projects:Come take your place at the forefront of digital transformation!
