Customer Project Manager (m/w/d) - Battlefield Health Solution Utilize your Project Management expertise from Software product development, become a part of developing our new business area as our Customer Project Manager for the new Battlefield Health Solution. Embarking on the development of a new business area Battlefield Health is Systematics new Market Unit in the Healthcare Business Unit. The Market Unit is combining Systematics existing and well-proven EMR (electronic medical record) and C4ISR solutions into a Military Medical Information System, and utilizes extensive domain knowledge and long-term experience to deliver critical decision support for healthcare professionals in the Defence sector. Drawing on over 30 years of defence and healthcare expertise, Battlefield Health provides critical decision support for military and civilian personnel providing healthcare during battle, enhancing continuity of care, patient tracking, and flow management. The SitaWare Battlefield Health platform offers a comprehensive multinational set-up to manage patient tracking and flow from incident to repatriation, delivering a Recognized Medical Picture and supporting the operational requirements for Military Medical Support. Over the past year, we have developed a prototype to showcase the product's core functionalities and value. Now, we are ready to enter the next phase where you will contribute to deliver our solution to the market together with the rest of the team Forming a new product portfolio - putting your mark on it In this newly established role as customer facing Project Manager, you will be joining a project organization in the Healthcare Business Unit. Here, you will be working closely with the customers, sales team and the development team . As the customer facing Project Manager, reporting to the Senior Project Manager in Healthcare, you will support the team in delivering the solution to customers, primarily in Germany. You will be responsible for the following: * Responsibility for the deliveries towards the customer, contract management and invoicing * Coordinating activities between the solution architect, domain advisor, the customer and our development team * Collaborating with the Account Manager in sales activities, such as sales meetings, proposal writings, and ensuring technical support and material for workshops * Managing projects through KPIs, management briefings, business committee meetings etc. * Combining your customer and business understanding with your technical insights * Support Sales in proposal work by providing product guidance and provide them with the necessary product information, sales collateral, and assistance at special customer visits * Participate in customer events to present product news and engage with participating customers You will be working with the development team, and technical architects, all based at our headquarter in Aarhus. Therefore, you should expect on average 20 travel days a year. Proactive Project Manager with IT skills We imagine that you have master's degree within IT and skills that match PMI, Prince2 or IPMA level B/C. You have experience as a customer facing Project Manager, and have proven results running complex IT projects based on product deliveries. You are excellent at creating connections across different business units and have the ability to use your skills, both professional and people, to deliver results. In addition, you can recognize yourself in the following: * Can manage highly complex projects together with the customer, sub-contractor and your delivery team * Are skilled in combining business insights with IT knowledge to create value for the customer * Can speak and write English & German with professional proficiency * Are proactive and eager to make a difference * Can achieve results with service delivery and software development * Have the ability to deliver on cost, schedule and quality * Are familiar with IT contracts and contract management It will be an advantage if you have military knowledge or experience, but it is not a requirement. Certification and practical experience within SCRUM is a plus.
