Security Control Room Operator – Paid Weekly!

Rate: $21.00/hour

Available Schedules:

• Fri-Tues 2200-0600
• Tues-Fri 0600-1600
• Flex Officer Swings/Grave Shift

At Securitas, on-site Security Officers are the foundation of our organization. Our Officers are trained to provide a high level of professionalism and specialization for their assignments, help safeguard people, property, and information.

The Security Control Room Operator position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing centrally managed law enforcement radio monitoring with event logging and recording, alarm monitoring of intrusion detection systems, and emergency dispatch, incident reporting and analysis, and remote alarm panel programming. Our SOC Operator positions are highly sought after. If you have experience in roles like Call Center Representative, Dispatch or Camera Monitoring this is a great fit for you; if not, this is an exciting introduction to a career in the security industry.

What Your Day May Look Like:

• Officer will spend several days in the call center and several days as a vehicle patrol driving the perimeter of the campus
• Responds to alarms,
• Cover breaks in the Security Control Center
• Escort emergency services during emergency situations

Position Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED Required
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
• Must have great customer service skills
• Must be able to work in a fast pace call center/emergency center type environment
• Must have strong computer skills and be comfortable on the phone and radio
• Must be able to multitask in high pressure
