Objectives of this Role: * Support the success of internal inclusion activities and external out events. * Coordinate key requirements in planning and executing on campus celebrations. * Collaborate with other key areas to support various initiatives. Daily and Monthly Responsibilities: * Work closely with Program Manager to plan, organize, and execute monthly celebrations. * Draft communications for program announcements, celebrations, and special events. * Maintain rosters and administratively support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) * Support the annual SwRI-United Way campaign * Stay apprised of best practices and recommended strategies for continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and improvements to the overall program. Requirements: * Requires a Bachelors degree in DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), Human Resources, Communications or related degree fields. * 1-3 years: Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of developing and executing engagement or inclusion activities. * 1-3 years: Interpersonal skills with the ability to comfortably communicate and partner effectively with diverse populations. * Oral and written communication skills needed for creating presentations and drafting communications utilizing Microsoft Office products. * A valid/clear driver's license is required.
