DePuy Synthes (DPS) Supply Chain Quality and Quality Excellence Leader will develop and deploy process improvement and transformation strategies and solutions across the DPS network to drive growth, delivery, quality, and cost improvements. They will be responsible for driving End to End Supply Chain Quality Execution governance, harmonies and optimization across applicable network including development and execution of Operational Excellence Strategy across all sites within the platforms. This role will also serve as the global program leads for target transformations and will deliver new and innovative capabilities in support of Digital Acceleration Programs and business needs. They will work with various cross-functional partners and will drive alignment and prioritization of improvement opportunities, supporting solutions including introduction of new automation solutions through development and approval of business cases in alignment with business needs. They will lead all aspects of overall global program management related to process improvements in achieving target outcomes which includes chartering, metrics identification, resource requirements, detailed schedule, achievements, identification, and mitigation of risks including stakeholder change management plan and communication plans. In addition to identification and deployment of process improvement and automations using process excellence tools & methodologies to drive process standardization and building and coaching global and local teams on adoption of new practices and skill that will help sustain improvements. Key Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the leader and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position will encompass: * Own the identification, evaluation, and implementation of continuous improvement, cost improvement and automation technologies to enhance business processes, customer experience, and operational efficiency. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and drive process reengineering initiatives to standardize, simplify and digitize the DPS supply chain. * Analyze and assess current business processes, systems, and tools, and implement changes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. * Establish performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators to evaluate the success and impact of digital transformation and process improvement initiatives. * Provide leadership and guidance on change management activities, ensuring successful adoption and integration of digital technologies and process improvements. * Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization by identifying process benchmarks and implementing process standardization. * Collaborate with functional partners to identify and prioritize digital transformation projects based on strategic objectives and business impact. * Provide coaching and training to team members and employees on digital tools, process improvement methodologies, and change management approaches. * Support budget cycle (LRFP, JU, BP, NU) to accommodate business needs
