We have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic Deputy General Manager to join our growing team! Operating in 32 locations across 12 countries and 3 continents, we continuously refine the classics, explore new possibilities, and exceed our own expectations. Responsibilities: * Lead strategic operations to optimize material flow and ensure timely service delivery in line with customer requirements. * Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain quality standards. * Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards. * Manage inventory control processes, aligning operations with business objectives and minimize waste. * Provide leadership to the team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning. * Implement strategic initiatives to streamline operations and reduce costs, while ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Qualifications: * Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in logistics or operations management, ideally within the airline catering or hospitality industry. * Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field is highly desired. * Extensive knowledge of operations, including equipment packing, transportation, and inventory management. * Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to drive operational improvements and cost-saving initiatives. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by business needs. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and experience with logistics management software.
