Job Description

You will help build and execute the strategy for company recruitment and sales of our job search products. You will develop an expert knowledge of our site and products (both for companies and jobseekers) to be able to promote the unique value our site brings to employers and jobseekers. The client relationships you create and develop are integral to Jobtrees expanding our reach to help employers find success in their recruiting process.


Jobtrees is a totally remote company so we are open to candidates in any location around the US.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accountable for selling Jobtrees' job platform services, developing new accounts and expanding existing accounts
  • Identify and develop new revenue opportunities by establishing partnerships with companies and organizations
  • Organize and lead meetings including preparing presentation materials and leading in person, web based or over the phone discussions with potential and existing external partners.
  • Network with recruiting, HR and job search industry sales professionals to build domain knowledge
  • Stay apprised on the latest trends, advancements, and challenges in the hiring industry that impact both jobseekers and employers
  • Develop and be able to articulate to potential partners, an expert understanding of the jobseeker and employer value propositions our site provides
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a B2B sales role
  • Proven success in finding and closing new accounts
  • Experience in selling to staffing, recruiting agencies or internal company recruiting departments.
  • Demonstrates a metrics-oriented approach to drive results.
  • Understands company structures to effectively identify decision makers for hiring tools and services within companies and has experience closing on product sales with those individuals.
  • Demonstrates they can work with limited supervision in executing on clear goals developing an efficient path to achieve them.
  • While the job is remote, travel expected as needed to start and close deals
  • Demonstrates fluency in written (email, chat, text etc), verbal (phone, web), and presentation communication including the tools needed to facilitate each.
Education Qualifications

Preferred

  • Bachelors degree or greater (5+ year B2B sales experience seen as equivalent)
Other Job Information

The salary for this role is between $60,000 - $100,000 based on experience and fit for the role. This does not include performance based bonuses based on sales generated by this position.
