Sedron Technologies is hiring a talented Engineering Project Manager in Sedro-Woolley, WA or Bellingham, WA!
Founded in 2014 and headquartered in the Pacific Northwest, Sedron Technologies designs, manufactures, installs, and operates advanced water and waste upcycling technologies. With a focus on transforming the paradigm from waste processing to resource recovery, Sedron Technologies works with municipal, agricultural, and industrial customers to process their "waste" into climate-smart commodities through environmentally and financially sustainable methods.
The Engineering Project Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of engineering projects at Sedron Technologies. This individual will oversee engineering activities related to assigned projects, establish clear engineering deliverables and deadlines, and ensure progress aligns with company goals. The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership, and project management expertise to guide engineering teams in delivering innovative solutions.
Because we design, build, commission, and operate our technologies, we are looking for individuals who can meet the following essential functions of the position:
* Manage all engineering efforts for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with project scope, budget, and timeline.
* Define project deliverables, establish deadlines, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
* Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure collaboration and effective communication across departments.
* Act as the primary point of contact between engineering teams, project managers, and external parties to address any technical concerns or project updates.
* Identify resource needs, allocate resources effectively, and address any bottlenecks to maintain project momentum.
* Assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
* Maintain accurate records of project plans, progress, and changes, ensuring all stakeholders are informed.
* Oversee engineering efforts related to the integration of Sedron's technology into new greenfield sites, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and requirements.
* Work well under pressure, meeting and completing multiple deadlines
* Demonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues and supervisors
* Demonstrate passion and excitement for solving difficult yet exciting tasks
* Arrive to work on time and maintain good attendance
* Maintain good organization skills
* Perform other related duties as assigned
This position has multiple levels of competency to be determined by performance, certifications, and supervisor discretion.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
* 10+ years of experience as an Engineering Project Manager.
* Experience managing engineering projects, including defining project deliverables, establishing timelines, and ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and deadlines.
* Experience in the industrial sector, with a focus on development and construction projects.
* Comprehensive engineering expertise across multiple disciplines.
* Strong ability to coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensuring effective communication and seamless project execution across departments.
* Minimum requirement for all positions is a high school diploma or GED.
* Must have effective verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
* Compensation range for this role is between range $110,000 to $160,000
* The range provided is Sedron's estimate of the base compensation for this role. Actual amount offered will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as experience, location, education, training, skills, and abilities.
* Discretionary bonus
* Travel up to 25%
