Job Summary: The Pharmaceutical Inventory Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing pharmaceutical inventory levels, identifying trends, and making recommendations to optimize inventory management. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory accuracy and availability to meet customer demand and will report directly to the Director of Retina Strategy and Operations. Key Responsibilities: * Monitor inventory levels and identify trends to optimize inventory management * Analyze inventory data to identify opportunities for improvement * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory accuracy and availability * Develop and maintain inventory reports and dashboards * Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies * Manage inventory replenishment and allocation * Assist with inventory forecasting and planning * Provide recommendations to improve inventory processes and procedures Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related field strongly preferred * 3+ years of experience in inventory management or related field required. * Experience in Ophthalmology, specifically Retina, strongly preferred * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other inventory management software * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Physical Demands: The Pharmaceutical Inventory Analyst may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds. Work Environment: The Pharmaceutical Inventory Analyst will work remotely. However, up to 25% travel will be required.
