Client Site Industry & Highlights We are actively seeking dedicated and motivated Machine Operators. Job Title: Machine Operator Pay rate: $16.00/hr. Schedule: Monday - Friday (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM) Job Duties: * Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient and safe production. * Perform setup and calibration of machines for different production runs. * Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met. * Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and address any operational issues. * Conduct routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning and lubrication. * Maintain accurate production records and log any issues encountered during operation. * Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. * Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure production goals are achieved. Requirements: * Proven experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing or industrial environment. * Familiarity with machine operation and basic troubleshooting techniques. * Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality and prevent errors. * Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 50 lbs. * Basic math and measurement skills for machine setup and operation. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to operational procedures.
