Experience with general plumbing, electrical, golf carts and general maintenance Must Have a Valid Driver's License Must Pass a Criminal Background Check Must be safety minded and dependable $20.00 per hour As a part of our professional cleaning team you would be servicing clients in the following ways: * Patrols parking lot to maintain building appearance by picking up paper and trash from the sidewalks and parking lots, also reporting any seen issues. * Light Electrical such as changing Ballast * Light Plumbing such as tending to leaking faucets * Floor Work such as stripping, waxing, buffing * Wall Repair such as patching and painting * Will be required to move items from one place to another. * Required to lift 50 lbs., anything over 50lbs will require assistance. * Repetitive motion required on a daily basis and may include: pushing, pulling, reaching, squatting, and lifting. * Power washing sidewalks, and buildings.
