As a Quality Engineer, you will contribute to our testing efforts. This includes creating and implementing our automated testing strategies as well as enhancing our testing infrastructure. This is a technical role that requires expertise in automated testing, a deep understanding of testing methodologies, and the ability to mentor and guide other engineers in achieving the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Test Automation:
* Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for both functional and non-functional testing.
* Implement best practices for test automation to ensure efficiency, scalability, and maintainability.
* Continuously explore and integrate cutting-edge automation techniques to improve the overall testing process.
Testing Infrastructure:
* Lead efforts to enhance and optimize the testing infrastructure, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
* Collaborate with the development and operations teams to streamline the testing environment and ensure seamless integration with the development lifecycle.
* Monitor the infrastructure to ensure effective operation.
Testing Methodologies:
* Define and implement comprehensive strategies that cover the full spectrum of testing needs.
* Ensure testing methodologies align with industry best practices and comply with the organization's quality standards.
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in Software, Test, QA Engineering roles.
* Strong technical background in automation and infrastructure as code.
* Strong ability to explain deep technical concepts to all levels of experience.
* Fluency in a scripting language such as Python.
* Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent collaboration with a broad range of functional areas.
* Bachelor of Science degree preferred but equivalent experience will be considered.
* Experience with .NET, C# and automation frameworks and/or tools such as Selenium, Playwright, etc.
Work Location:
Hybrid. Remote first with occasional travel to attend team planning meetings and similar events.
