Job Description: Takeda is seeking a Legal Intern for a hybrid position within the Regional General Counsel U.S. Legal Team based in Cambridge/Lexington, MA. The intern will be part of the team providing legal support to various Business Units, including brand (marketing review) and contracting. Responsibilities include: * reviewing commercial and strategy resources * providing counsel on relationships with external parties * Researching new laws * Drafting agreements * Working on various legal projects * Interns will gain exposure to multiple therapeutic areas and legal disciplines.
