Job Title: Civil Engineering Project Manager Job Description Design and manage multi-discipline civil engineering projects from planning and procurement through start-up and detailed design. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of transportation and bridge projects in Ohio with a company known for its growth opportunities and strong market presence. Responsibilities * Design and manage multi-discipline civil engineering projects from planning through detailed design. * Oversee projects from procurement to start-up, ensuring timely and successful completion. * Collaborate with various engineering disciplines to deliver comprehensive project solutions. * Participate in and lead project meetings, providing technical insights and guidance. * Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations and standards. * Prepare and review engineering designs, specifications, and estimates. Essential Skills * 5 - 10+ years of experience in roadway and transportation design. * Professional Engineer (PE) Registration required, must be registered in the state of Ohio or be able to obtain registration within 3 months of start date. * Proficiency with MicroStation and InRoads and/or AutoCAD and Civil 3D. * Experience with OpenRoads and Civil 3D for roadway design. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Strong experience in civil engineering and transportation projects. * Excellent project management and leadership skills. * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Work Environment The position is based in a nicely renovated old mansion in East Cleveland with the flexibility to work from home. Some project site visits will be necessary but mainly local. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
