ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Knowledge of table games procedures, house rules, and ICMPs * Monitor table games, slot floor, and all critical areas of the casino * Monitor premises of all areas to detect crimes or disturbances, using closed circuit television monitors, and notify authorities if needed for corrective actions * Basic knowledge of Colorado gaming laws * Take and respond to radio calls * Answer phone calls and record all information into a designated log * Able to function in a multi-task situation * Able to monitor multiple cameras * Observe and report all infractions. * Basic understanding of video recording and camera equipment. * Communicate and implement department procedure in accordance with internal controls. * Complete surveillance reports and investigations. * Strong written and oral communication * Strong sense of confidentiality EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: * High School diploma or GED is required. * 3-5 years of casino/gaming experience preferred CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS * Colorado Division of Gaming License. * TIPs certification COMPETITIVE BENEFITS: Bally's Black Hawk Casino offers: Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Company paid Disability and Life Insurance; Employee Discount Meals, Subsidized Bus Passes, Reimbursement of Colorado Gaming License fees and Free Covered Employee Parking.
