About the Role Responsible for editing video content for the Pottery Barn Kids and Pottery Barn Teen digital platforms and channels. We're excited about you because... * A superb storyteller with an eye for composition and pacing * Deep understanding of video techniques, trends, and best practices across all channels * Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and color-grading * Ensure high quality output and attention to detail * Experience working cross-functionally across many teams and departments * Mastery of video formats, codecs, frame rates and resolutions for various platforms * Outstanding communication and organization skills * Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines * 2+ years of related work experience * You have a 4-year bachelor's degree About Williams-Sonoma, Inc. The expected starting pay range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000 annually. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
