You will be a key member of Tesla Energy's Global Demand Generation and Content team. Our content team leads Tesla Energy's visual identity and brand design across multiple channels including customer communications, product launches, event experiences, merchandise and beyond. The ideal candidate is highly creative, organized with great attention to detail, and a strong communicator who can turn challenges into opportunities. Knowledge and experience in the residential energy industry is desired but not mandatory. * Develop and design assets for marketing, sales, events, communications, web, and anything else that needs graphic design work * Work cross-functionally with design, marketing, product and sales teams to understand project goals and translate them into compelling visual content * Maintain and elevate Tesla's visual identity and brand standards across new and existing marketing materials * Work with suppliers and external teams to achieve design goals on assets and maintain Tesla's visual design principles * Degree in Graphic Design, or equivalent experience * 3+ years of demonstrated experience in graphic design * A portfolio of work that reflects and demonstrates your creative thinking, broad range, and modern, minimalist taste * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud programs and Figma * Ability to carry a design project from start to finish - from initial briefing to delivering final assets * Technical knowledge related to graphic design - e.g. preparing final deliverables according to required print or digital specifications * Experience in any of the following is a bonus: 3D modelling, visualization, motion graphics, video editing, illustration
