Overview Imperial Dade, a leading North American distributor, has an Inventory Manager opportunity available in Denver, CO! The Inventory Manager will manage inventory control activities, including a supporting team of Inventory Control Associates. Salary: $70,000 - 75,000/yr. Responsibilities You will: * Supervise inventory control and accuracy for the facility * Manage & engage employees, provide staff development and training * Maintain the physical inventory * Improve controls * Identify operational issues * Consistently execute the cycle count program to ensure inventory and location accuracy * Validate the accuracy of products transferred between facilities * Research and resolve discrepancies * Monitor adjustments in the warehouse management system * Forecast potential inventory issues * Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficiencies Qualifications You have: * 3+ years of direct inventory control experience, ideally in distribution operations * 1+ years of supervisory experience * High school diploma, GED, or equivalent * Experience with warehouse equipment and warehouse management systems * Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel We offer a dynamic environment for our more than 7,500 employees to work, learn, and grow professionally.
