As a Business Operations Manager II in auto finance, you will lead a cross-functional team across sites including the Philippines. Job responsibilities * Lead a team of 10-13 funders in our Plano, TX funding site, ensuring monthly objectives are met across the team * Manage strategy across sites, ensuring consistency in how we manage the multiple funding queues and driving messaging to our sales and credit partners * Manage one or more private label strategic relationships to include performance management of your specific portfolio, ensuring service levels and other metrics are met across the portfolio(s) * Ensure collaboration across sites in order to meet performance goals around Quality Analysis and Control teams * Maintain open communication and work with other areas of the business (Reserve, Administration, Servicing, Collections, etc) as needed Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills * Automotive business and industry knowledge * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products specifically Excel and PowerPoint * Analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to partner with Internal and external clients and or contacts * Strong partnership and team building skills * Excellent organizational skills * Demonstrate proactive approach towards problem solving * Proven ability to work within tight deadlines and in a demanding environment with attention to detail Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills * Proven ability to lead a team * Experience with ACAPS, CALS, and Caddie auto finance systems
