Responsibilities * Administration of RTA Maintenance Management Software: * Daily data entry of Repair Orders created by Technicians * Daily data entry of vehicle mileage readings * Creation of parts Purchase Orders * Receiving, counting, and data input of all purchased parts * Responsible for periodic inventory counting and auditing * Monthly reporting and EOP updates, document filing, and photocopying * Create and maintain Word and Excel reports and documents * Additional duties as assigned * Company-branded shirts will be provided, and required to be worn while on duty Qualifications * High School diploma or equivalent * Must have computer usage skills, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills * Must be a team player, yet be able to work independently * Proficient using Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications * Flexible; able to adapt to changing priorities and frequent interruptions * Experience with RTA (Ron Turley Associates) maintenance software a plus * Travel for company business is occasionally required * License Requirement: Must possess a valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record * DOT Medical Card: A Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Medical Card) is required Salary Range: $22.00 per hour Benefits: Eligible employees will participate in the various benefits plans including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, long/short term disability, life insurance, accident insurance, 401k and paid time off.
