Duties/Responsibilities: * Prepare quotes to customers with adequate details to understand the product(s) and option(s) requested. * Responsible for direct customer contact and the preparation of complete quotation packages (quotes, summaries, proposals). * Responsible for researching pricing of non-standard items, answering basic questions about requested project, and for making recommendations for alternatives, if necessary. * Responsible for entering data into Oracle. * Assist with ordering material once quote is accepted. * Verify correct material arrives in warehouse and is undamaged. * Provide accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports. * Assist with site surveys as necessary. * All other duties as assigned. Qualifications: * Experience in the construction industry preferred * Ability to understand blueprints/ plans and specifications preferred. * Must be a well-organized and analytical individual with strong math skills. * Must have the ability to work in a fast paced/high pressure customer-oriented environment with good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. * Must possess strong mechanical/technical aptitude and be good with numbers. * Must possess computer proficiency in MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). * Must perform well under stress and have the ability to multitask. * Ability to think and operate both short and long-term. * Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong telephone skills, as well as good listening skills. Educational Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent * Bachelor's Degree Preferred
