The Role We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our passionate team on a full-time basis at our clinical research site located in Chesterfield, MO. The ideal candidate is passionate about clinical trials and patient safety, has the accountability and motivation to complete time-sensitive duties ahead of schedule, and has an extremely high attention to detail. Responsibilities * Provides patient consultations and education in an outpatient setting under the direction of the physician in charge of the clinical trial * Conducts study-related physical exams and follow-up visits * Reviews and adheres to assigned research study protocol * Works with the study-leading physician in evaluation and review of potential study participants' eligibility * Maintains proper documentation * Ensures that all clinical activities are carried out in accordance with established research protocol and standards in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedural requirements * Collaborates with multidisciplinary team members * Reviews lab results imaging reports, and other study-specific reports Qualifications * Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Master's program * Current and unencumbered license to practice as an NP or PA in the state of Missouri required * Must have at least one full year of work experience as an advanced provider * Previous experience in the clinical research industry preferred * Previous experience with direct hands-on patient care preferred
