What You Bring: * Experience: At least 5 years of high-volume recruiting, ideally within healthcare or a similar industry. * Education: A high school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred. * Expertise: Knowledge of employment laws, sourcing techniques, behavioral interviewing, and candidate assessments. * Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using ATS platforms, Microsoft Office, and web-based applications. * Skills: Strong relationship-building, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
