In this role, you'll: * Assist the Banquet Manager with the overall supervision of banquet and event service staff while ensuring an excellent customer service experience. * Ensure prompt and courteous service for all guests at event and banquet functions. * Assist with proper and efficient management of the Banquet Department. * Assist with staff training and development. * Supervise and assist with event and meeting set up and tear down. * Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
