Collaborate closely with our expert team, including the Social Media Manager and Director, to curate compelling content for Facebook, Instagram, and beyond, amplifying our presence across select campuses and promotional events. We're seeking a driven individual with a passion for social content creation, brand elevation, and fostering vibrant audience interactions. Requirements * Bachelor's degree required; concentration in advertising, marketing, media, or communications preferred * 3-5 years of direct social media experience * Knowledge and understanding of various social media platforms, their users and how each platform can be deployed for different objectives (Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, SnapChat, YouTube) * Experience in social media tactics that increase brand equity and awareness * Experience with content creation tools (ie: Canva, promo.com, etc) * Possesses the ability to identify potential negative or crisis situations and apply conflict resolution principles to mitigate issues * Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office systems and software * Video Editing Skills * Must be in local NJ area and have own transportation Responsibilites * Develop and manage B2B Social Media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities related to corporate and campus pages * Work with campus administrators on B2B content. * Create, curate, and manage engaging content ((images, video and copy) across multiple platforms * Compile monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reports for management showing social media results.
