Overview
As the Senior Integrated Producer, you will report to the Executive Integrated Producer. You will lead large integrated projects and you will be responsible responsible for the creative and success. You will take the creative vision to a new level, while staying and on budget, and meeting client challenges in a way that expresses creativity.
Main Accountabilities
* Improve the creative; Find versatile solutions to keep good ideas alive. Lead the evolution of creative concepts into even stronger implementation.
* Manage large integrated productions across multi-discipline teams including stills, animation, artist collaboration, and digital. Lead vendor procurement and management, ensuring overall quality of work with multiple deliverables and multiple workstreams.
* Maintain existing network of preferred partners and contacts of go-to resources for creating any manner of project (vendors, artists, agents).
* Lead the vetting process to determine whether ideas are possible within the project parameters (budget and schedule).
* First line of defense on evaluating when and what needs; permits, releases, talent, usage terms and other rights clearances.
* Build relationships with Business Affairs as a partner in discovery and throughout the production process. Have full understanding of AICP and AICE bid formats.
* Track and Actualize production budgets, working with Business Affairs.
* Coordinate meetings, notes, hot sheets, status reports, task lists, tracking against production deadlines and milestones.
* Have the foresight to see a project's trajectory and put a plan in place to get ahead of its development. Being strategic and not only tactical and reactionary.
* Be a point person for all daily internal and vendor communications. Be the backbone of the production and support for the group.
* Ensure that all partners are kept informed and (if needed) educated on the production process.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of designers, art directors, copywriters, account management, project managers, editors and animators.
* Lead and document post-project summary meetings and suggesting ways to instill insights within the department and across departments.
Person Specification
* 7+ years agency experience as a Producer; Retail experience.
* Need to have one main area of production expertise - Still photography with post-production (print and video) close second.
* Wide network of diverse vendors such as photographers, post-production vendors, directors, and more.
* Demonstrated experience producing large production budgets including development of production specs, leading projects from pre-production through final delivery.
* Experience assessing feasibility of creative implementation and propose production solutions that push the quality of work forward.
* Open to the changing demands of the business and retail timelines.
Additional Information
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $68,000 - $110,500. Salary is based on a range of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. Our incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
