Challenging the norm and innovating better methods is core to our approach. The Field Crane Operator will operate a telescoping hydraulic crane engineered to sit atop a lattice tower structure. This position is responsible for working on water tower construction projects by transferring from one task to another where demands require worker with varied experience. Essential Functions: * Lift, move, position, and place materials * Ability to work at heights * Rigging knowledge * Frequently climb ladders * Ability to routinely work away from home * Understanding of OSHA Part 1926 Non-Essential Functions: * Understanding of various forming systems and requirements * Rodbusting * Concrete finishing * Scaffolding and erection * Signaling of cranes and other construction equipment Required Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
