As an RBT, you will be a critical member of our team, serving as the eyes and ears for your BCBA supervisor in understanding what is-and isn't working for the children and families we serve. Your detailed observations and reliable communication are essential to refining treatment plans and ensuring their effectiveness. BT Qualifications and Responsibilities: * High school diploma or equivalent * RBT Certification (or eligibility to obtain certification with KOTM support) * 1+ years of experience in a related field (preferred but not required) * Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to maintain accurate session records * Ability to implement individualized ABA therapy treatment plans with consistency * Skilled in building trust and communication with children, families, and the team * Maintain professional conduct and adhere to ethical guidelines at all times BT Schedule and Benefits: * Flexible scheduling to accommodate therapy hours (8:30 am - 6:30 pm) in blocks: * M, W, F 8:30AM - 11:30 AM * T, Th 8:30AM - 11:30 AM * M, W, F 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM * T, Th 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM * M, W, F 3:30 PM - 7:00 PM * T, Th 3:30 PM - 7:00 PM * Generous PTO, including Winter, Spring, Summer, and Thanksgiving breaks * Competitive hourly wage with annual raises and potential bonuses * Comprehensive healthcare benefits (medical, dental, vision, hospital indemnity, etc.) * Paid short-term and long-term disability * 401(k) plan with employer match and life insurance coverage * Mileage and cell phone reimbursement * Continuous training and support, including recertification reimbursement
