The Counselor will adhere to the vision and mission of the Company. Duties and Responsibilities: * Maintain caseload per State Regulations * Assures incoming patients have psychosocial assessment and a interpretive summary according to the timeline in the ARS Policies and Procedure Manual * Completes, with patient participation, a Preliminary Treatment Plan according to the timeline in the ARS Policies and Procedure Manual. * Completes a Treatment Plan Review and update for each patient after completion of the Comprehensive Treatment Plan according to the timeline in the ARS Policies and Procedure Manual * Prepares an aftercare transition plan for all patients at the earliest possible time and to review prior to discharge * Be proficient with State Licensure Standards, CARF Standards, 42 CFR and HIPAA standards and Company policies Qualifications: * Bachelors degree in psychology, counseling, social work or similar * Masters Preferred * Must be CSAC or eligible for CSAC supervision
