Overview As the Social Media Manager and Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy across various platforms. You will create engaging and on-brand content, monitor social channels, and analyze performance to drive growth and engagement. This role requires a combination of creativity and analytics to optimize our online presence and connect with our audience. Responsibilities: * Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) * Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (images, videos, articles) that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our audience * Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with broader marketing campaigns * Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and audience engagement opportunities * Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive community atmosphere * Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance and engagement * Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices Responsibilities Requirements: * Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role * Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, social platform insights) * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong visual and creative skills with experience in photo and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Premiere Pro) * Proven experience in video production and editing; familiarity with drone operation is a plus. * Ability to think creatively and strategically about brand engagement and growth * Familiarity with SEO, social media algorithms, and content marketing best practices
