Sodexo is seeking a fulltime Nutrition and Dietetics Technician, Registered (NDTR or DTR) to support the Inpatient Medical Nutrition Department at WVU Medicine Uniontown Hospital in Uniontown, PA. This 145-bed community hospital is located 45 miles southeast of Pittsburgh. The successful candidate will: * perform nutrition screening of patients and assess nutrition risk levels per established criteria; * provide appropriate nutrition education; * conduct meal rounds and tray audits; * participate in performance improvement initiatives with the goal of increasing patient satisfaction; and * participate in departmental activities, meetings, committees and other nutrition related tasks.
