Pretium

Pretium is a leading alternative investment management firm with $10 billion in AUM across residential real estate, mortgage finance, and credit strategies. Pretium’s real estate platform has invested nearly $3 billion across three single-family rental funds and related separately managed accounts, creating the third largest owner and operator of single-family rentals. The real estate platform comprises ~900 employees.

Position

Pretium is looking to hire an experienced investor relations professional to continue to grow Pretium’s real estate investment and asset management strategies. The Director of Investor Relations is responsible for ensuring the company is appropriately and strategically positioned with investors and all stakeholders. The ideal candidate is dynamic, highly motivated, intelligent, and a proven self-starter. This position will be based in New York and report jointly to the Head of Business Development and the Head of Real Estate.

Key Responsibilities

· Quarterly letters

· LPAC presentations and in-person meeting

· Marketing materials

· In-bound Client inquiries

· RFPs

· DDQs

· PPMs

· Hosting and organizing of due diligence meetings

· Oversight of Real Estate fund administration and resolution of fund subscritions

· Management of external website and investor portal

· Support annual Investor Symposium and other conferences, as relevant

Requirements

· 10+ years of experience in real estate or alternative investment management investor relations; real estate background preferred

· Track record of interacting with institutional allocators

· Strong financial literacy; MBA or CFA preferred

· Excellent writer and presenter, detail oriented

· Strong interpersonal skills
