Roles/Responsibilities * Test Automation: Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test suites using tools like Selenium WebDriver and Selenium Grid with BDD approach * Test Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases, and execute tests to ensure product quality. * Defect Tracking and Reporting: Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools like Jira. * CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and deployment. * Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages like C#, Kafka * Cloud Technologies: Experience with cloud platforms like Azure. * Database Knowledge: Strong understanding of SQL and Cosmos databases. * Mentorship: Mentor junior QA engineers and foster a culture of quality within the team. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. * 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance. * Strong experience in test automation frameworks and tools. * In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, DevOps). * Experience with API testing, web services testing, and Kafka framework. * Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (black-box, gray-box). * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Experience with security testing tools and techniques. * Experience with performance testing tools and techniques. Work Authorization: Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.) Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $53,477 - $92,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
