Core Responsibilities: * Supports the execution of strategic real estate capital projects, including leased and owned facilities within Vanguard's real estate portfolio. * Provides status updates, creates reports, and presents as needed across service lines * Collaborates with other functional groups within the organization to ensure successful completion of projects. * Assists in the oversight of the full life cycle of capital projects while implementing established standards and guidelines. * Participates in a variety of meetings and initiatives to support project planning and execution. * Regularly updates project schedules, budgets, risks, and other factors utilizing project management software. General Qualifications: * Ability to complete assignments independently * Construction knowledge a plus * Excellent communication skills * Ability to present to leaders and team members virtually and/or in-person * Strong familiarity with relevant computer programs including Microsoft Office suite and Teams * Substantial research and organizational skills Special Factors Sponsorship Vanguard is not offering visa sponsorship for this position.
