Discover a more connected Foreman career At VCI Construction, LLC as a Foreman on our Telecom Underground team, you'll lead crews in the installation and maintenance of underground telecommunication systems. You'll ensure everyone is following safety protocols and project timelines. What you'll do as a Foreman Lead crews to meet project timelines Help with training of crew members Read and understand blueprints Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations Assist Supervisor with day to day activities Speak with property owners about work to be performed and resolve any issues Safely use heavy equipment and machinery Perform work in all weather conditions Other duties as assigned LA County Pursuant to the LA County Fair Chance Hiring Ordinance all job postings must include a list of all material job duties of the specific job position which the employer reasonably believes that criminal history may have a direct, adverse and negative relationship potentially resulting in the withdrawal of the conditional offer of employment.
