Job Title: Construction Assistant Project Manager Job Description We are searching for a Construction Assistant Project Manager who will play a vital role in supporting the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects. Responsibilities * Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects. * Work with subcontractors and architects to assemble and get approved Submittals, RFIs, and Change Orders. * Monitor project schedules, budgets, and timelines to ensure adherence to plans. * Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports. * Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project team members. * Provide support in resolving issues and addressing challenges during the project lifecycle. * Assist in maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders. Essential Skills * Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field. * Previous experience in a construction-related role. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Knowledge of construction processes and project management principles. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Experience in estimation, construction, bidding, and blueprint reading. * Proficiency in estimating software. * Knowledge of RFIs, Change Orders, and Submittals. * Experience in preconstruction, commercial construction, and project coordination. * Strong analytical and mathematical skills. * Proven experience as an estimator in the construction industry. Work Environment Remote Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $70000.00 * Medicaldental & vision * 401(k) Retirement Plan - Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available * Employee Assistance Program * Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave) Workplace Type This is a fully remote position.
