DESCRIPTION OF WORK An Equipment Operator B with the Susquehannock Forest District in Potter County is a skilled position involving heavy-duty trucks and machinery to effectively construct, maintain, and repair state forest roads, trails, and facilities. You will work with CDL "A" rated trucks, snow groomers, and powerful equipment such as graders, track loaders, bulldozers, and backhoes. In addition to operating heavy machinery, you will tackle manual tasks, utilize hand and power tools, and manage critical records, including pre-trip safety inspections and driver logs.
