Job Title: Product Designer Job Location: Remote Job Type: Contract (With Highest possible extension) Pay Range: $45-$60/Hr Job Description: Responsibilities: * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute imagery fits and compositing using internal tools. * Retouch and composite photos, ensuring high-quality outputs for lifestyle and object imagery. * Work primarily in Figma for image editing; some projects may involve Adobe XD. * Communicate design decisions effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing rationale for the team's creative direction. * Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while maintaining focus and composure. * Take a step back from daily deliverables to align creative output with broader project objectives. Requirements: * 3-4 years of experience in photo retouching, or a strong portfolio as a recent design school graduate. * Proficiency in Figma (preferred) and Adobe XD for photo retouching and compositing tasks. * Strong organizational skills to handle several tasks and projects effectively. * Excellent communication skills to present and discuss design decisions with internal teams and clients. * Ability to manage work without becoming overwhelmed in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: * Experience working in an eCommerce environment. * Background in lifestyle and product imagery. * A strong online portfolio showcasing photo retouching and image compositing work. Pay Range: $45-$60/Hr The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
