About the Role As a Business Intelligence Senior Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Calabrio's Business Intelligence solutions. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, managing the product backlog, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative BI solutions that drive business value. With your passion, talent and business expertise, you can help us create a product suite that brings innovation and differentiation to the market and continues to deliver workforce solutions to our customers. What you'll be doing (Key Responsibilities) * Product Vision and Strategy: * Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for Calabrio's BI solutions * Align the product roadmap with the overall business objectives and customer needs * Stay abreast of industry trends & emerging technologies to identify innovation opportunities * Product Backlog Management: * Prioritize and maintain a well-groomed product backlog, ensuring alignment with the product vision and business goals. * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine product requirements. * Write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria. * Agile Delivery: * Work closely with development teams, agile coaches and other product managers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features. * Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives). * Stakeholder Management: * Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and support teams and gather feedback to inform product decisions and improvements. * Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, tailoring messages to their specific needs. * Evangelizing your product internally and externally through high impact presentations and demos * Data-Driven Decision Making: * Leverage data analytics to drive product decisions and measure product performance. * Utilize BI tools and techniques to uncover insights and identify opportunities for optimization. * BI Report Dashboard Development * Create standardized BI and reporting assets for use across customers * Lead customer training for Calabrio's BI tools Success Criteria: * Strong background in Business Intelligence with strong understanding of Cloud Data Architecture, Data Warehousing, BI concepts and data visualization * Experience in product design, project management and business analytics * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Knowledge of contact center operations and workforce optimization is preferred * Experience with one or more of the following types of products or tools: * WFM, ACD, IVR and related technologies * Performance management and evaluation solutions * CRM, Customer Success and Support solutions * Database and Data Warehouse solutions * Business Intelligence platforms * Reporting technologies
